Salary: £32,000 pro rata
Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience. Plus 3% auto enrolment pension contribution, in line with government criteria. 21 hours a week with flexible working options available.
Organisation background
We Belong is a migrant youth-led charity based in London. We Belong exists to ensure young migrants living in the UK are treated equally and fairly in the society they call home. We Belong works with and for young migrants to hold those in power accountable and fight for wider immigration reform. We seek an experienced Manager bringing financial competence and operational flair to make a difference at an exciting time in the organisation’s development.
If successful the applicant will be joining an award-winning youth charity, working directly to an inspiring CEO as part of a small but dynamic staff team dedicated to improving outcomes for young migrants and empowering young people to create change.
A background in charity finance is essential for this role, along with experience in operational management including an affinity for administering HR processes. The postholder must also have the skills to oversee the smooth running of We Belong’s London office in Angel. An understanding of immigration issues is not required for this role although the postholder will be expected to uphold our values of boldness, integrity, lived experience, empathy and justice
