Get Involved

Here are some ways you could get involved! We have two main offices, one in London and the other in Manchester. We look forward to welcoming you.

Young People from We Belong

Be part of our Core Group

Our Core Group engages in the organisation's decision-making. Each core group member has lived experience of the UK’s immigration system. Being a part of the core group gives you access to internal opportunities and priority for events. If you are a young changemaker who believes in lived experience activism and wants to work with us to improve systems, then this group is for you.

Volunteer with Us

  • We offer Structured Volunteer programmes if you would like to get involved in our work and support our projects.
  • If you are looking for a Work Experience Placement, we also offer opportunities across our projects and campaigns.

If you'd like to get involved as a core group member or volunteer send us an email at info@webelong.org.uk and our Youth Development Lead will get in contact with you!

Attend one of our gatherings

We host monthly in-person gatherings in London and Manchester, on the last Wednesday or Thursday of the month inviting young people to gather and build friendships and a lasting community.

We believe in the power of storytelling so you will always be able to connect with others and hear someone share their experience, a reminder of why we campaign for change.

We post about our gatherings every month on our social media, but be sure to take a look on Eventbrite, where you can sign up for our upcoming events!
