We Belong’s resident nature-lover, Natalie was born in London to Polish/Jewish parents. Due to her parents' international occupations, she spent her upbringing in Germany, Spain, London, and Switzerland. Returning to England to pursue Architecture at Oxford Brookes University, Natalie had the chance to leverage the adaptability skills she acquired from her diverse upbringing.
During her studies, Natalie garnered recognition for her research on the lack of accessibility in local establishments and proposed small changes to enhance inclusivity, earning her the Inclusive Design Award.
Inspired by Charlie Chaplin's quote, "You'll never find a rainbow if you're looking down," Natalie embraced diverse opportunities after graduation. Her journey spanned Architecture and Design, Retail, Restaurant, and Hotels, consistently going the extra mile to support team members and clients.
Recognising her passion for helping others, Natalie transitioned to the charity sector to amplify her impact. Joining We Belong in 2021, she discovered a sense of belonging within the team and the young people who comprise our community.
